FAQ’s

All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days shipping + 1-3 day processing. If you are unsure if your package will arrive in the time you would like please DM @renaissancehoodrat on IG BEFORE ordering.

 

If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state delivered. If your package is stolen or missing product, please create a claim via USPS.com. If there is a USPS delay, there are no refunds.

 If your item is returned to me because of an incorrect address your item will be resent, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. No refunds will be issued on items with an incorrect address.

 We offer EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition of the SAME ITEM ONLY in a different size. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
* You may exchange merchandise within 5 business days of receipt of purchase.


* Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email before you send your item back. If an item is out of stock, there can be no exchange or return under any circumstances. However you may be offered a credit for an item of equal or lesser amount.

* NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on custom items.
